Phoenix, AZ—June 2008— Beatlocker Records LLC., a music production, management and recording company, has launched the highly anticipated BeatLocker.com Web site. The Web site is unique in that it offers musicians, retailers and record companies licensing opportunities, an online storefront and music downloads all under one roof; something that even major online music retailers, like Apple’s I-Tunes and eMusic, don’t offer. Plus artists and retailers get to keep 85% on their earnings, a far higher percentage than industry standards. “We’ve been around the music business a long time, and we’ve found that there was nothing like BeatLocker.com out there, so we designed it,” says BeatLocker managing partner and gold record- winner Tom Curtis. “We feel that this is truly one stop shopping for both the artists and consumers. It can provide both of them with all the services and products they need in one place, saving them time and hassle.” Instead of having to go to one site to sell their merchandise, another to license music and another to sell their music, artists can manage everything at BeatLocker.com. The licensing capability, which is extremely unique for an online music sales site, allows artists the opportunity the license their music for movies, video games and television shows among other things. BeatLocker.com provides the licensing legal contract, which can cost more than $500 in itself, and puts artists who choose to license their music in touch with licensing agents.

Phoenix, AZ—May 2008— BeatLocker.com aims to not only sell artists’ merchandise, but retailers selling music related products from clothing to instruments are welcome too. Furthermore, uniquely named dynamic flash storefronts can be created for any artist or merchandise retailer. Instead of having storefronts like www.beatlocker.com/guitarplayer1, artists and retailers can choose to have www.guitarplayer1.com. This will provide consumers a single place for purchasing all the music-related products that that they desire. Again, 85% of all proceeds are given to the artist or retailer. On the music retail side, artists have an option to purchase promotional downloads that their fans can download for free. Unlike the free downloads that happen on their personal Web site and sites like myspace.com, the free BeatLocker.com downloads are reported to the industry charts, giving artists something to show for all the free music that people are downloading. This may help established artists achieve gold and platinum records and hit songs, while it will give burgeoning artists a chance to catch the eye of record labels, radio stations and promoters. Gone are the days where music given away for free is unreported, and this in itself, is a reason that BeatLocker.com is changing how online music retail will be viewed.

Phoenix, AZ—March 2008— With video games, movies and television shows seeking more and more music, many musicians, independent and otherwise, have an opportunity for money and exposure that they can’t or don’t know how to reach. BeatLocker.com, a Web site launched by BeatLocker Music LLC, has come up with an innovative way that musicians can get their music in the hands of licensing agents and to the ears of the everyday listener. Each time an artist registers a song to be sold on Beatlocker.com, which also functions as an online music retail outlet, they have a chance to offer any or all of their songs up for licensing. If they do choose to license their song, BeatLocker will broker a deal between the artist and licensing agent, and provide the legal contract to make sure the artist is protected in the deal. In each deal, the artist will keep 85% of the final contract, far above industry standards. Once a song is licensed, the artists can not only reap monetary benefits, but will be exposed to a wide variety of audiences. Making licensing accessible to all artists is just another way BeatLocker.com is revolutionizing the music sales and marketing world.
